Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and SlotVIP (hereinafter referred to as "SlotVIP", "we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the SlotVIP online gaming platform available at slotvip.casa (the "Platform").

SlotVIP operates an online casino and sports betting platform that provides registered users with access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering markets, and related entertainment services. The Platform is operated under international online gaming licensing (Curaçao jurisdiction), which sets the operational, fairness, and player protection standards applicable to our services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the SlotVIP Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds (in MYR or equivalent) held within a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money deposits and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as notified at the time of the offer.
• "Cashable Balance" means the portion of a Player's Account Balance that is eligible for withdrawal, being real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the SlotVIP website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at slotvip.casa.
• "Real-Money Wager" means a bet placed using confirmed deposited funds (as opposed to bonus funds).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total volume of real-money and/or bonus wagers that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 35x).
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on the SlotVIP Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. SlotVIP enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards for casino-category gambling activities.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a SlotVIP employee or business partner.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by SlotVIP for a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the SlotVIP Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update this information if any details change. SlotVIP reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. SlotVIP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep login details secure.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, SlotVIP will require completion of the KYC verification process. This involves submission of:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account matching the Account name).
• Any additional documentation SlotVIP may reasonably request for compliance or anti-money-laundering purposes.

Terms of Use

By using the SlotVIP Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players in live games or sports betting markets.
• Opening multiple Accounts to abuse promotional offers (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in transactions that facilitate money laundering or proceeds of crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content.

Deposits & Withdrawals

SlotVIP accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following locally-supported payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

• Minimum deposit:RM30 for most e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum equivalent ofRM100 for USDT TRC20 deposits.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• SlotVIP does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Before a withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification and met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus.

• Processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) typically within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1 business day; USDT TRC20 withdrawals within 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. Peak periods, additional verification requirements, or technical issues may extend these times.
• SlotVIP reserves the right to impose daily and/or monthly withdrawal limits based on Account tier. Players may contact support for information on applicable limits for their Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

SlotVIP offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out below as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or related winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on real-money eligible games count towards meeting wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the specific promotion. Upon expiry, any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to meet requirements — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• SlotVIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Prior promotions already credited to Accounts will continue under the terms at the time of claiming.

Players who have activated the self-exclusion feature or deposit limit tools on their Account may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. Players whose gambling activity suggests problematic patterns may, at SlotVIP's discretion, be excluded from bonus programmes as a responsible gambling measure.

Games & Betting Rules

All games available on the SlotVIP Platform are operated by certified international game studios using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports betting markets on the SlotVIP Platform include coverage of international football (including the English Premier League and Liga Super Malaysia), UFC, NBA, and other events. All betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to an event commencing. SlotVIP reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where there has been a clear technical error in pricing, where an event result is disputed, or where evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is identified.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, SlotVIP's system will complete the round in accordance with the game's standard rules and the outcome will be recorded. In cases of genuine platform-side technical errors materially affecting a game outcome, SlotVIP's decision on the appropriate resolution (including voiding rounds) shall be final. SlotVIP is not liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.

Responsible Gambling

SlotVIP is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players may access these tools at any time via their Account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SlotVIP Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of SlotVIP or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content.

Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or commercial use of any Platform content is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlotVIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services.

SlotVIP's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

SlotVIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player is found to be under21 years of age.
• The Player has opened duplicate Accounts or engaged in bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted by the Player.
• SlotVIP is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure in circumstances not involving breach or fraud, any verified Cashable Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under SlotVIP's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through SlotVIP's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through SlotVIP's internal process may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism. Details of this process are available from our support team on request.

Amendments to These Terms

SlotVIP reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, SlotVIP will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification. The effective date of any revised Terms will be published on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
